A picture for the rp me and my friend are doing. Italy is dying, and has hid it from Germany for years. Now, he had come clean, yet his symptoms are terrible. Before he came clean, however, he had been distancing himself from Germany. Italy was afraid to tell him, knowing that telling Germany would make it really real. Even so, the symptoms caught up to him eventually. Nosebleeds, coughing blood, dizziness and aches that come and go. This picture is from before Italy came clean to Germany, when Italy was distancing himself to keep his decline a secret.
